An Outlook feature that some may find handy is its “Conditional
Formatting” which essentially gives you the ability to Colour-Code your emails
automatically.
This can be useful for when you want particular emails to stand
out or to be bold so that it minimizes the chance of them being missed/unread.
In Outlook, simply click on the “View” tab and select “View
Settings”,
Then select “Conditional Formatting”

To create a new Conditional Formatting Rule, click “Add”,
type in the name that you would like to call it and also then select “Font”
to set its format
Then click on “Condition” to set the Rule criteria

The Rule can be based on a range of Criteria such as Keywords, Senders/Recipients etc:
Click on “OK” once you have finished setting the criteria
and the changes should happen automatically on your emails.
